The Aries is a four-storey T-shaped research building for office and R&D functions such as wet laboratories, software development, and IT. As for The Gemini, it is a four-storey research building equipped with bare shell and converted units primed for the biomedical, life sciences, chemicals, and IT industries.

Sparkle is located between The Aries and The Gemini, serving as an amenities hub bridging the two buildings. It houses a wide wide array of bistros, restaurants and retail outlets, alongside modern co-working space CoSpace Park.
